Brand Identity, Illustration
Expedition Inc. (and Expedition America Inc.) is a marketing and PR holding company and parent brand that rebranded from its former identity of Envircom Holdings Inc. Looking for a new visual identity, the logos needed to capture the essence of both the Canadian and American companies while clearly identifying the difference between the two with “America”.
Tasked with the development of a logo with both a symbol and a wordmark, I worked with the client to develop a clear logo that matched both their visual preferences/likes and helped to communicate the clarity and forward-thinking of the well-established brand.
The identity was later expanded on in a set of brand guidelines for printed and digital materials — letterheads, business cards, reports and presentations. The client commissioned a unique illustration to include in these materials for the initial rebrand.
